The Travel & Administration team reached out to all attendees to confirm their attendance in the months prior to the event. You are only a confirmed attendee if you responded yes to the RSVP survey you received. The Travel & Administration Team sent confirmations to all registered attendees. If you received an APC invitation but did not fill out the RSVP survey, or responded no to the survey, you are not on the attendee list. If you are unsure if you are registered or not, please search your name under the Travel Confirmations section on the Travel page (even if you are Local and do not have travel accommodations). If you do not see your name, you are not on the attendee list. If you want to attend APC but are not currently registered, please reach out to travel@uhm.com. Spots are limited - we will let you know if we are able to accommodate you.
